Step II: Interact with our talents

In workshops, members of your company introduce a case study to a group of participants who will work on it. This way, you will get the opportunity to observe students skills, work techniques and their ability to work in a team. Moreover, your organization can get in close contact with current participants and possibly identify suitable prospects for open positions, whilst at the same time contributing to the curriculum.

To foster participants' innovative spirit is an important part of the Mannheim MBA Program. Therefore, our participants will have the opportunity to apply the skills and knowledge they have acquired in a challenging company project in the final term of their MBA program: Together with a team of fellow participants they will act as consultants for an international company. The project will be supervised by a senior executive from the respective company and a faculty member of Mannheim Business School. The participants' diverse backgrounds, work experience and management skills create value for your company in the form of concrete, applicable outcomes.
