Dirk Simons
Professor of Accounting
Professor Simons is specialized in international accounting, auditing theory, stock option programs and economics of information. As former Academic Director of the ESSEC & MANNHEIM Weekend Executive MBA he is involved in several international lectures and programs.
Christoph Spengel
Professor of Taxation
Professor Spengel focuses on international taxation mainly within Europe. He is a member of the expert group „Harmonising Corporate Tax Bases in the EU“ of the Center for European Policy Studies (CEPS) in Brussels and an experienced lecturer in many international MBA and Master programs.
Jens Wüstemann
Professor of Accounting
After having studied at University of Frankfurt and Paris Professor Wüstemann continued his career internationally as visiting scholar at the Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania and the Stern School of New York University. He is specialized in Accounting Theory, Corporate Governance and Institutional Economics. Since 2004 he is Academic Director of the ESSEC & MANNHEIM Modular Executive MBA.
