EADA aims to prepare future managers and entrepreneurs to successfully lead business organizations in global environments. EADA maintains close ties to the business community and a long tradition in management training. EADA is accredited by EQUIS and AMBA.
Founded in 1957, EADA was one of the first Spanish institutions to provide training programs that specifically targeted the business world.
For over 50 years EADA has been in the frontline of manager training and in-company training programs for the business community. Our longstanding relations with over 350 Associated Companies constitute the backbone of our training and intend to address the needs of the corporate world by urging the participants on our programs to take on an active role in their own career development.
The business school addresses a wide range of business concepts, functional tools, and management techniques. Special attention is given to developing competencies such as leadership, team building, decision-making, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
