When Mannheim Business School was formally established in 2005, the aim was to be among the Top 30 MBA providers worldwide by the end of 2010. As this year's ranking season draws to a close with the publication of the Financial Times EMBA ranking and the full-time MBA ranking by The Economist, we can rightly claim to not only have achieved our goal – but to have done so a year ahead of our already extremely ambitious planning.
We are particularly proud of the results of the ranking by The Economist, as Mannheim Business School climbed from 51st to 26th position in the course of one year, leaving behind quite a number of well-known and well-established business schools worldwide.
The Financial Times ranked the ESSEC&MANNHEIM Executive MBA 21st worldwide and 2nd in the category "career progress". Mannheim Business School also achieved top-ten positions in the categories "internationality of student body" (8) and "curriculum" (10).
