2nd Annual MBS Alumni Homecoming

On November 21, 2009, Mannheim Castle re-opened its doors to host the 2nd Annual MBS Alumni Homecoming. Another year - another well attended event.

Over 200 alumni, guests, faculty members and staff attended the signature alumni event, bearing witness once again that Mannheim Business School remains steadfast in its mission to enhance and further strengthen its alumni network.

As keynote speaker of the evening Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. mult. Christian Homburg , President of Mannheim Business School, welcomed Luka Mucic, CFO of SAP Germany. It was a special moment for us, as Mr Mucic, who graduated from the ESSEC & MANNHEIM Executive MBA in 2008, addressed his fellow alumni and we once more would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to him.

The event also included a champagne and networking reception as well as a formal three-course dinner which was suitably accompanied by wines carefully selected by our alumna Ingrid Salamon from Tour du Vin wine consultancy that also generously sponsored the champagne reception.

Having another successful event behind us is a great way to round off the year and we already look forward to our 3rd MBS Alumni Homecoming which is planned for November 2010.
