The Application Process at a Glance

  • 1. Submission of application materials
    Download the application form. Complete it and send it with all supporting documents to Mannheim Business School before the application deadline.
  • 2. Application review
    Every application we receive is checked for completeness and to confirm that the prerequisites for admission are met.
  • 3. Invitation to take the entrance examinations
    Within four weeks of the application deadline, qualified candidates will receive an invitation to take the entrance examinations.
  • 4. Notification of examination results
    Once the exams have been scored, you will receive written confirmation of your results. If you fail one or both of the examinations you will be invited to attend an oral exam.  You will receive the results of that exam immediately after taking it.
  • 5. Admission
    When you have successfully passed the entrance examinations or oral exam, you and your employer will receive a letter of admission.
