The importance of European Union Law for business entities has increased dramatically over the past years. This is not only true for companies that primarily operate in Europe, but also for non-EU based companies, as the famous Microsoft cases showed in the past.

This program focuses on substantive EC Law and covers issues such as EU Competition Law as well as the four market freedoms (free movement of goods, free movement of workers, freedom of establishment and freedom to provide services), giving you basic understanding of the importance of EC Law within multinational businesses.

Please note: this course, referred to as an "Open MBA program" is also open to participants of our world-renowned full-time MBA program.
This means that you can expect to share your learning experience with highly ambitious and dedicated young professionals who come from a wide variety of cultural, academic and professional backgrounds.
