In a globalized world, it is getting more and more difficult for companies to distinguish themselves from their competitors.

This program therefore focuses on innovation as one of the distinguishing key factors for the future success of companies. While companies usually do not suffer from a lack of good ideas, they do encounter problems when trying to make these ideas a success in the market. Here, the key issue is innovation management. Innovation can involve new products or services, new processes or new strategies. Therefore this open MBA program will help you improve the management of product, service, process and strategy innovations so as to distinguish yourself significantly from the competition.

Please note: this course, referred to as an "Open MBA program" is also open to participants of our world-renowned full-time MBA program.
