Tasks are becoming more and more complex - the digital transformation is accelerating. In the digital age leadership is needed more than ever, but the requirements for managers are changing as well. The aim of the training is to sensitize the participants to the new type of leadership. In this training, they consistently develop and discuss the central competencies required by managers in an agile working environment and can anchor their findings in their subsequent leadership actions. Individual strengths and development areas are reflected based on the results of the Digital Leadership Test conducted in advance. Subsequently, the participants receive suggestions for broadening their digital leadership competencies and try out practical methods and tools that support them on this path.
