Mannheim Business School (MBS) is the leading institution for management education in Germany – this has again been confirmed by the Financial Times Global MBA Ranking 2018. Among the world’s 100 best business schools, MBS is ranked in the 61st position and reached a global 4th position in the category ‘international mobility’.

2017 was a remarkable year for Mannheim Business School (MBS): the international MBA ranking of the US magazine Bloomberg Businessweek has now confirmed the Financial Times, the Economist and Forbes ranking results published throughout the year. For the first time, Mannheim is not only consistently the number one MBA program of all German-speaking countries in the four major international rankings, but is also always among the top 20 in Europe and the top 60 worldwide.

In the European Business School Ranking of the Financial Times published today, Mannheim is ranked #1 in Germany and #15 overall.

The Financial Times places MBS as the best German supplier up to the #5 spot on their ranking list for customized programs. These are exclusively tailored and implemented by business schools to meet the specific needs of a company.

AACSB International has once more extended accreditation for the University of Mannheim/Mannheim Business School. Along with accreditation of EQUIS (EFMD) and AMBA, Mannheim is the only German institution accredited by the world’s three most important associations in the field of business education. Just one percent of business schools worldwide hold this so-called "Triple Crown".



The 4th class of the Taxation Track of the Mannheim Master of Accounting & Taxation program has taken its professional exam with impressive results: More than 90 percent of the graduates successfully passed their tax advisor exam a few months after successfully graduating from Mannheim Business School. This result is considered outstanding: In recent years only an average of 50 percent of all candidates country-wide have passed this challenging exam on their first attempt.
