Frankfurt ABSOLVENTUM Chapter Meeting - Food pairing with non-alcoholic beverages

In addition to our upcoming whisky tasting in Frankfurt, we will also offer a menu with a completely non-alcoholic beverage accompaniment in February 2020

We meet directly at the bar in the entrance area of the manufactory of Jörg Geiger.

After the aperitif we will start at 18:00 with an introduction in the Poireothek. We then take a closer look at the production area, which is what this evening is all about. Back at the long table we continue to work hard. We taste two drinks during each course of our five-course dinner and try our hand at food pairing, professionally guided and moderated by the Sommelière. The evening ends around 11.30pm.

Participants coming from out of town also have the opportunity to stay overnight in a guest room in the manufactory or another accommodation in Schlat.

The cost of the menu, including non-alcoholic drinks, is EUR 99 per person.
