Focus on Digitization in HR

From recruiting apps to people analytics, HR is one of the departments most affected by digitization. On the one hand, an increasing number of HR processes and functions are being digitized and, on the other hand, HR is required to support the digitization of the company as a whole while dealing with demographic change and migration. Therefore, research, management education, and HR must engage in intensive dialogue to be able to provide the best possible support in sourcing, developing, and retaining talent. Two initiatives aim to foster this knowledge sharing between the research, management education, and HR executives of our partner companies to develop innovative solutions.
