Getting into the program

My experience with the admissions team was very positive. The Admissions Manager was quite supportive and took the necessary time to address my queries and concerns in the best possible way. She made really helpful contributions and also provided the necessary contacts for support in the post-admission processes.

It was an amazing feeling to be accepted into the program! I was happy and excited to be a part of the first cohort of the full-time Master in Management Analytics program and I was eager to start.

Settling in and becoming a Mannheimer

I believe that one of the key components of the program was the diversity in terms of culture and professional experience that our class enjoyed. Right from the first day, the program management team made sure that we felt welcome and that we had enough opportunity to break the ice and interact with each other. Meeting my classmates for the first time was a pleasant experience that eventually led to lasting friendships and a strong network of peers.

The excursions were refreshing as well as educational since they also exposed us to a few different types of businesses in the region. As an international participant, it was quite important for me to experience the culture and traditions here in Germany. The various events organized by the MBS team fulfilled this expectation and enabled me to build a strong professional network through meeting current participants and alumni from all the courses at MBS.

The MBS Network acts as a support system, both professionally and personally, and the connections made through networking events organized by MBS have proved to be valuable. Personally, I have gained valuable professional advice from mentors I got to know through the network.

Preparing for the German job marketand the post-graduation job

The career development team has supported me by reviewing the job application materials and providing the necessary feedback to tailor my application for the German job market.

The Business Analytics Masters Project provided me with the experience of partnering with a startup to solve a real business problem using machine learning and data analytics. Through this I experienced the challenges associated with handling real-world data and acquired a valuable learning experience.

The Master in Management Analytics has equipped me with the right skill set and know-how required to function in the industry. Particularly in my current professional role at a leading German company, I regularly apply what I learn in the program to generate a high business impact.
