Building a safe learning environment: An important element in creating a fruitful learning experience in any context is to establish a sense of belonging and psychological safety within the team of participants. Psychological safety will make all participants enablers of each other’s development and uplift the whole team’s ability to engage in open and honest sparring and discussion. This is why business psychologist and leadership expert Mette Nørr Gantzhorn will be teaching in the very first module of the Female Leadership Accelerator, a new offer for women run by Mannheim Business School.
In this online session in cooperation with herCareer, Europe’s leading career and networking platform for women, Mette will give an introduction to psychological safety and our Admissions Manager Stefanie Klug will briefly introduce the key features of the Female Leadership Accelerator certificate for women who want to transition their career into a leadership position, re-enter the workforce after a full-time caregiving role or some other break, or make a career in Germany part of their expat experience.
