Doing an Executive MBA compares to a journey that will fundamentally and lastingly shape your professional and leadership skills, as well as your personality. After 18 months, you will complete this journey with new management knowledge, methods, and skills.
The MANNHEIM & TONGJI Executive MBA starts in September each year with the Operations Module in Shanghai. Five further modules, each having a duration of 9 to 11 days, take place every second month roughly alternating between Mannheim and Shanghai. Work on the Master’s Thesis begins after completing the six modules. Successful graduates receive an MBA Degree by the University of Mannheim and a joint certificate by both business schools.
In many federal states of Germany, employees have the right to get a period of paid leave in order to take part in a state-approved educational program. These programs are accredited by Germany's federal states. Mannheim Business School has been accredited by the state of Baden-Württemberg. If you are a participant in one of our part-time MBA or EMBA programs and your company is based in Baden-Wuerttemberg, you are eligible to apply for five days of paid leave per year.

In the other federal states of Germany, different laws apply; only Bavaria and Saxony currently do not have a legal regulation for educational leave.
