The participants of the Mannheim Master in Management Analytics come from a large range of industries – from IT and Technology to Pharma, Consulting, and Manufacturing – and organizations of all sizes. 40% work for global corporations, 20% for hidden champions, and 50% for small and medium-sized companies. The majority of the participants hold a Bachelor in Business Administration, but Engineering, IT, the Social Sciences and Humanities are also represented. On average, participants are 26 years old and have around 3.5 years of work experience. They currently work in positions such as Junior Manager Finance & Controlling, Business Process Consultant, Human Resource Specialist, Marketing Specialist, or Sales Director. Around 40% of the participants are women.
