Philosophical Seminar for Senior Executives

Decision-making has never been simple. Yet the benchmarks that once distinguished “right” from “wrong” are increasingly missing. Reason is no longer exclusively human, economic power transcends national boundaries, and shared truths are losing their binding force. At the same time, decision cycles are accelerating: even emails are now considered too slow, and leaders are expected to decide in real time. Leadership is taking place more and more in contexts where experience, routines, and established frameworks are no longer sufficient.

This seminar is designed for board members and top executives who must take responsibility in the absence of clear reference points and who are willing to critically examine their own assumptions, roles, and decision-making logics.
