        • Company Presentations

          These events normally include an introduction of your company, potentially with an emphasis on a selected functional area, and a plenary discussion followed by a get-together. This gives you the opportunity to present your organization as an attractive employer, introduce your corporate culture and career opportunities, and establish direct contact with our participants and alumni after the presentations.

        • Guest Lectures

          One of the pillars of our concept is the close combination of theory and practice. Guest lectures play a major role in that. So we are happy to engage guest lecturers who give our participants fascinating insights into the challenges of the business world and discuss current issues with them. You come into direct contact with our students and implicitly strengthen your employer brand. 

        • Customized Workshops and Interviews

          Do you know already perfectly well which kinds of candidates you would like to target and want to get to know these selected candidates in an exclusive setting? Then our customized workshops or interviews are the right choice for you.

          The workshops can be tailored to meet your specific requirements, but normally consist of a company presentation and a case study that is worked on by the participants. This gives you a comprehensive impression of the working styles and capabilities of the students. Such workshops conclude with a networking event.

          The on-campus interviews give you the chance to put the students to the test even more intensively. We are happy to assist you in finding the right candidates who meet your requirements or concrete job profiles.

        • Job Fair and E-Booklets

          Do you have a vacancy that might be interesting for our graduates? We are happy to publish it on our internal career platform, which is accessible exclusively for our students and alumni.

        MBA Career Week

        Highlight: MBA Career Week

        Every year in April, Mannheim Business School hosts the MBA Career Week. It is embedded in the Career Fair of the University of Mannheim, but also offers companies the exclusive opportunity to speak to and get to know our MBA participants in targeted, customized workshops and previously arranged interviews – an opportunity that a lot of well-known companies are already making use of. Many of them have become regular cooperating partners in the MBA Career Week. As the number of spots is limited, we recommend you to get in touch with us as early as possible.
