Example 1, Global B2B company
Leadership program for mid to senior level managers of a global B2B company
This yearly program is designed for 20 diverse mid to senior level managers with the objectives to accelerate their leadership development and provide them with the necessary skill set and relevant management knowledge to successfully progress within the globally expanding company.
Furthermore, the program is set up to enable the participants to apply their skills and knowledge to their daily work in order to ensure a positive impact on business operations and for them to create a strong network between their peers. The program consists of three modules of each four days in different international locations over six months and consists of e.g. strategic marketing, finance, innovation and leading change.
As within all of our Executive Education programs, we use state-of-the-art innovative teaching methods and rely on input from our academic faculty, trainers and coaches as well as experts from corporate networks to create real change in the participants and the company.
In-between the modules, the mangers are working virtually in smaller teams on strategic action based learning projects with the goal of implementing their concrete ideas after the program.
Example 2, International B2B/B2C company
European development program for identified high potentials of a B2B/B2C company
The first track of this program started 2009 and it is designed for up to 30 selected high potentials from different European countries. The main objective of the program is for the participants to know the success factors of effective management and know how to apply them in a business result-oriented manner.
The high potentials also learn how to efficiently navigate in an intercultural setting while building strong networks. In further detail, the program consists of four modules over 20 months that focuses on e.g. strategic and financial management, negotiation as well as intercultural and change management.
Over the course of the 20 months, the participants work in virtual teams on strategic projects that are presented and in most cases, strategically implemented into the company.
The program includes the latest change management methods in Executive Education and is carried out by a team of trainers, academic experts and business experts.
Example 3, Global B2B/B2C company
Development program for scientific and technical experts of a global B2B/B2C company
This exclusive development program is designed for 24 selected participants with a scientific or technical background. The objectives are to strengthen business critical competencies as well as internal networks and cross-functional exchange of experiences.
Within the company, the program is also seen as an incentive to increase the visibility of the participants and show appreciation of their value contribution. All participants attend two workshops focusing on business topics such as innovation and change management.
In addition to that, they can choose among a selection of elective trainings according to their personal development needs. Over the program duration of 7 months, the participants also work in teams on strategic projects defined by the company to ensure that the acquired knowledge and skills are applied to the company-specific context and challenges. An experienced team of lecturers, trainers and business experts supports the participants with state-of-the-art knowledge and methods in Executive Education.
