Many of us experience crisis and conflicts with little or huge impact on our private and business life. Many of us try to cope alone with their crisis and we feel often a drain being faced with conflicts. Wouldn’t it be great to know best practices or even find pragmatic formulas to handle that kind of unpleasant situations?
By getting in touch with our real cases/challenges we learn in our workshop from each other how to be more successful and to avoid fighting the wrong battles in the wrong way. We discover and develop our emotional intelligence by getting feedback about our individual persuasiveness during conflicts.
