Joining the Program
The Mannheim Master in Management Analytics & AI is a part-time degree program. The admission requirements are a first academic degree such as a bachelor’s degree as well as first work experience.

Early-Bird Discounts
We offer two early-bird discounts for the Mannheim Master in Management Analytics & AI (Part-Time) in connection with two admission rounds for the intake 2024. Apply by September 30, 2023, to secure a reduction of €1,500 off the tuition fee!
Your complete application package, including your application fee payment, is due at the latest at 6 p.m. CET on the deadline date for the round in which you apply, but of course can be handed in at any time before the due date. Admission to the program is granted on a rolling basis. Do not rush your application, but there are some advantages to applying early, such as access to a secure spot on the program and enough preparation time.
Scholarships
At Mannheim Business School, a range of partial scholarships are available to successful applicants to help you finance your master's degree. Please note that these are partial scholarships of €1,000 - €3,000. Improve your chances by sending us your application as early as possible.

The scholarship application forms are available upon request. We can only send you the scholarship application form after you have sent in your complete application documents.

Scholarship For Outstanding Candidates
Outstanding in this case stands for several achievements and characteristics, such as an excellent educational and professional background, a high TOEFL score, foreign language skills or social engagement. Also, your performance throughout our selection process highly contributes to your chances of a scholarship.
Scholarship for Women in Tech
This scholarship underlines Mannheim Business School's dedication to increase the number of women in the tech industry. Women who can prove a track record of outstanding achievements in their professional lives, academia or regarding social commitment can apply for this scholarship.
Admission Process
Tuition Fees
The regular tuition fee is €29,000. Admission to the program is done on a rolling basis.
Our participants have full access to the Mannheim Business School IT infrastructure (including Wi-Fi and the intranet), the library (including databases) and the sports facilities of the University of Mannheim, free of charge. Travel expenses and accommodation are not included.
The application fee of €99 is not refundable.
An initial payment of €3,000 shall become due within 14 days of signing the contract.

Management Training for Elite Athletes
Athletes excelling in their discipline and striving to attain the latest knowledge and skills in Management Analytics might receive financial as well as organizational support when enrolling in the Mannheim Master in Management Analytics & AI (MMA). Mannheim Business School offers a special rate of €18,000 for eligible participants, of which a part will be carried by the Elite Student Athletes Scholarship Rhine-Neckar Metropolitan Region (ESASR).
