The program starts in October, but since there are only limited places available, we strongly recommend getting in contact with us as early as possible.
Learning with and from each other is a central component of the Mannheim MBA. Thus, we constantly seek personalities who enjoy enriching the group with their competences, experiences, and commitment.
The formal criteria at a glance:
Fill out the Mannheim MBA Application Form and send it together with the required documents to MBS, incl. an evidence of payment for the application fee (€ 130). Bank information and payment options can be found here. Your referees need to fill out the Reference Form and send it directly to the Admissions Manager. Your letter of motivation should not exceed one page (approximately 500 words).
The Admissions Committee will take a holistic view at your application.
There will be a personal or web-based interview with the Admissions Manager.
A successful first interview is followed by a case study work at home.
Interview with Program Management.
An admissions decision will be made based on the evaluation of your application package and the selection interview within two weeks
Receive the admission notification and contract.
Sign and return the admission contract to Mannheim Business School.
The current course fee is € 39,900.
Please note that the tuition fee at Mannheim Business School includes case studies, copies and course materials at MBS. Furthermore, you will have full access to our IT infrastructure, including wireless LAN and our intranet as well as to all additional university services, including the library and its various databases, the gymnasium, the cafeteria and student clubs. Finally, your tuition fees will also cover German language courses, coffee breaks as well as some extracurricular programs and trips.
The fee does not include transportation, accommodation and living costs.
The application fee is € 130 (non-refundable).
Please note that a first downpayment of € 8,500 is due one week after the admissions contract was signed by the participant. Furthermore, 50% of the tuition fee should be paid before program start. There is also an option to get a further reduction of €500 if you pay your tuition fee upfront.
Early Bird Intake 2022
If you apply by the first early bird reduction deadline (November 30th), you will benefit from a € 3,000 reduction of your tuition fee. Your tuition fee will be reduced by € 1,000 if you apply by the second early bird reduction deadline (March 31st).
At Mannheim Business School, a range of scholarships are available to successful applicants to help you finance your MBA. Mannheim Business School offers a number of partial scholarships to outstanding candidates. Improve your chances by sending us your application as early as possible.
When and how to apply:
The scholarship application forms are available upon request. We can only send you the scholarship application form after you have sent in your complete application documents and after you have successfully mastered the first interview round with the Admissions Manager.

MBS Network Scholarship
We will award a scholarship of €5,000 to one successful MBA applicant this year: the MBS Network Scholarship, which is funded by donations from our network to support a future fellow Mannheimer.
Therefore, if you are applying for the Mannheim Full-Time MBA and want to be considered for this scholarship, please get in touch with our admission manager to get the MBS Network Scholarship application form and apply by 31 August 2022. Our Chapter Ambassadors will then make the final selection and decision.

Outstanding in this case stands for several achievements, clear motivation and characteristics, such as an excellent educational and professional background. Furthermore, a high score in GMAT or GRE and TOEFL or IELTS (if appropriate), international working experience with excellent foreign language skills (e.g. min. German at B2 level) and social engagement. You should also bring something really unique to the classroom. Your performance and creativity throughout our selection process highly contributes to the final outcome.
Scholarship amount: €7,000. A decision whether you have been successful in obtaining this scholarship will not be made before June 2020.

In 2021, a participant of the Mannheim Full-Time MBA receives the MBS Network Scholarship. The panel of MBS chapter ambassadors chose Siddharth Biswal to be awarded the scholarship based on his personal characteristics as well as his excellent educational and professional profile.
