Would you prefer to get straight back into work after 12 months? Or would you rather round it off with another learning element? Mannheim MBA participants can decide this for themselves. They can choose from five exciting options and round off their personal and professional training in a fifth term, from September to December.
Naturally, big data, digital innovation, business analytics and management analytics are central elements of the Mannheim MBA curriculum. Our school's 10-week “Management Analytics Certificate” program delves deeper into these areas: Participants do not only learn all about the major data analysis tools and methods, they also learn how to make the right decisions based on the results and identify and implement new business opportunities. Detailed information on the Management Analytics Certificate, which our participants can take at the discounted price of €6,000 (+VAT), is available here.
Mannheim is not only the hub of one of the strongest economic regions in Europe, it also boasts a unique startup ecosystem comprising more than 300 successful startups. This is the ideal breeding ground for participants who are considering starting their own business after completing their MBA. As a result of the close collaboration between Mannheim Business School and NEXT MANNHEIM, umbrella brand for startup support of the City of Mannheim, we are able to provide the ideal conditions for this: The startup option, for example, gives participants the opportunity to use a finalized business plan they may have developed as part of their Business Master Project to be included in NEXT MANNHEIM three-month funding program, which includes free accommodation, free office space and all-around startup advice.
Broaden your horizons, look at matters from different points of view, grow your network: A three-month stay at one of our partner institutions abroad helps participants do this and more. They can choose from a number of renowned business schools in Europe, Asia and North America.
An internship, which can be completed in the fifth term, gives participants a good and practical understanding of a company or functional area. Participants are expected to seek their own internships in order to ensure they are as appropriate as possible.
International participants wishing to enter the German job market may choose to improve their German language skills in the fifth term. Courses at various levels are available.
