Teamwork is a core element of all programs at Mannheim Business School. For this reason, you will be assigned to a small group, what we call a Multi-Competence Team (MCT) because all members bring different personal and professional backgrounds to it. In your MCT, you will work on and deliver central elements of the program such as the Business Analytics Master Project.
MCT coaching sessions ensure that every team member gets to contribute their views and experiences. Working in your MCT will help hone your intercultural, communication and leadership skills, and stimulate your ability and willingness to reflect on perspectives vastly different from your own. The very success of your master’s thesis will depend on having a well-functioning team.
